10.Olivia (Trapped In A Dating Sim)
Trapped in a Dating Sim is an isekai anime that isn't as well-known as some others. It has a really crazy premise that works, even though it's crazy. Leon Bartfort got isekai'd into an otome game world with hard sci-fi elements, and he quickly made friends with Olivia, the game's charming dandere heroine.
At first, Olivia was picked on and felt bad about herself. Then, during a fierce battle between two airships, she realized that she was a magical girl with a lot to offer. She stepped forward with courage and used magic to create huge barriers to protect herself and all of her classmates. This helped turn the tide of the battle as her classmates watched in awe.
9.Azusa Aizawa (I've Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years)
I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years is a great example of how the isekai genre can make an ordinary person shine when they are reborn in another world. Azusa Aizawa worked too much at her Japanese office job and died from it. She was sad about how her life turned out, but then she had a big change of heart.
With the help of the goddess of reincarnation, Azusa was reborn in a fantasy world as a blonde witch in her late teens. She started killing slimes to level up, and then she lived a peaceful, happy life as a powerful but kind and selfless witch with a magical girl outfit and a lot of new friends.
8.Kagome Higurashi (InuYasha)
At first, Kagome Higurashi was a perfectly normal tsundere girl living in Tokyo in the late 1990s. Then she fell into a well and ended up in feudal Japan, where monsters and magic were real. In the InuYasha anime, she quickly became friends with the half-demon InuYasha and then learned to fight by his side.
Kagome grew up to be a brave, charming hero with amazing archery skills. This is one of the reasons why InuYasha thinks of her as Kikyo's reincarnation. Kagome was always a strong and smart girl, but the harsh realities of life in the feudal era helped her become a better hero.
7.Shoko Komi (Komi Can't Communicate)
Even though Shoko Komi, the main character in a shonen, took a long time to change, she still has a clear "before" and "after." In Komi Can't Communicate, Shoko Komi started out with no friends and didn't believe in herself. Hitohito Tadano became her first friend and gave her confidence.
As Komi Can't Communicate went on, Shoko Komi got more confident, outgoing, and happy, and she soon felt very close to all of her friends. She even started helping her friends and classmates, which shows how far she has come from being a quiet dandere.
6.Casca (Berserk)
Berserk had a few bright spots, like when Farnese, the commander of the Holy Iron Chain knights, changed her ways and learned magic from Schierke later in the manga, like in the Fantasia story arc. But Casca's change, as shown in the Golden Age story arc, is by far the best.
Casca used to be a poor villager. When a nobleman tried to kidnap her, Griffith gave her a sword, which she used to protect herself. Casca was soon inspired to join Griffith. She learned quickly by his side how to be a skilled, brave, and good mercenary, and she never looked back.
5.Trish Una (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
In JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Trish Una was a total himedere and a spoiled daddy's girl at first, but that didn't last long. Trish created her own Stand, Spice Girl, and used it very well in the desperate battle against the autonomous Stand called Notorious B.I.G. on a stolen airplane.
After that, Trish became a real fighter, and in the final Stand battle of the Golden Wind story arc, she even fought with her father. Trish became friendlier, more helpful, and more humble, and she started to see Giorno and the others as real friends, not as servants.
4.Kanao Tsuyuri (Demon Slayer)

Kanao Tsuyui almost became a slave when she was a young girl, but the kind Kanae Kocho saved her and decided to train her to kill demons. Kanae has since died, so Kanao's best friend is now her sister Shinobu Kocho, the insect Hashira.
Even though Kanao still doesn't talk much, the Kocho sisters changed her life in every other way. She went from being a helpless prisoner to a powerful demon slayer with a clean uniform and a sharp blade. When Tanjiro became her friend at the end of the first season of Demon Slayer, she became even stronger.
3.Raphtalia (The Rising Of The Shield Hero)
In The Rising of the Shield Hero, Raphtalia and Naofumi's relationship got off to a rough start, but then they became real friends, and Raphtalia got a huge makeover. She used to be a child slave, but now she is a brave, strong young woman who will fight hard to get rid of evil and tyranny in the world.
Raphtalia grew up very quickly, and she also learned how to be a great swordswoman very quickly. She even faced and got rid of her own demons and got back at her former owner. Now, she is a key member of Naofumi's team, along with Filo and Rishia.
2.Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach)
Fans of Bleach thought that Rukia Kuchiki's first glow-up was the best of all. She was a reverse-isekai heroine at first, then a prisoner, and it seemed like she couldn't really fight.
All of that changed when Grimmjow and his friends showed up one night early in the Arrancar arc. Rukia took a soul pill, which shocked Ichigo, and then she showed off her new Soul Reaper powers, including the long-awaited return of her icy shikai. From then on, Rukia became a real fighter in Bleach. She was no longer just a girl in trouble.
1.Hinata Hyuga (Naruto)
The Konoha 11 ninjas all came back as older, stronger, and cooler shonen heroes with new outfits and jutsus in Naruto Shippuden. Hinata Hyuga's change was the best and most noticeable among the girls, and it helped her all through Shippuden.
Hinata Hyuga used to be very shy and scared of fighting, but not anymore. In Shippuden, she was still a sweet danmaku, but she had a fire in her heart and fought bravely with Naruto and her cousin Neji as a proud Hyuga warrior. She even stood up to Pain and told Naruto she loved him, which her old self could never have done.
